With everyone’s safety in mind, please help us observe these new procedures and policies Nashoba Valley Olympia and Colonial Figure Skating Club have in place:

  • Masks are required unless you are fully vaccinated.

  • If you are not vaccinated, we hope that you will be considerate of all the populations we serve, including children and high-risk populations who are unable to get vaccinated, and wear a mask.

  • Spectators, Locker Rooms and Showers have returned to full capacity.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your session begins, and leave within 15 minutes after your session as ended.

  • Please arrive as fully dressed as possible and ready to skate or play.

  • Contact Tracing: Figure Skaters and Coaches are required to do a self check-in when they arrive. This will be done by skater/parent’s cell phone upon arrival by logging into the the :

  • No food or drink (other than water) can be consumed in the building.

  • Please use hand sanitizer or wash your hands before and after you get on the ice.

  • There will be no cash or check transactions for Freestyle Sessions. All classes and freestyle sessions must be paid online in advance (no walk ons).

  • There are designated areas on the bleachers for skaters to keep their belongings. All items must be clearly marked with your name, especially water bottles. All of your belongings must stay in this area during your session (kiss and cry bags, water bottles, etc.). Do not touch other people’s property.

  • Any water bottles left in the building at the end of the day will be discarded to reduce the spread of germs.

  • Cover your coughs and sneezes. Do not spit or drop your tissues on the ice or the floor. (Yes, we had to say that.)

  • Do not enter the facility if…

    • You feel ill, have a fever or cough, feel short of breath, or recently lost sense/taste or smell.

    • You have been in close physical contact in the last 14 days with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.

    • If you have a medical history that places you in a high-risk category, we recommend that you do not enter the facility.

Thank you for your understanding and willingness to work with us to protect our community.

Colonial Figure Skating Club (CFSC) strives to provide a healthy and supportive Club environment, free from misconduct or harassment, which ensures the safety and well-being of its members.  The Compliance and Safety Committee of CFSC has created the Skater Safety and Wellness Program Handbook which outlines a program of prevention and education, establishes a system for reporting and resolution of misconduct or safety concerns, and defines an accountability structure that requires responsible adults to act on suspected harassment, misconduct or other safety issues.
