  • Improvisation

  • HAVE FUN AND ENJOY SKATING

Theatre on Ice is a form of figure skating that combines the grace of figure skating with the excitement of theater and dance. This program uses all aspects of figure skating to incorporate a theme, emotion or story enhanced by music. It is a package that includes five dimensions: Theme, Music/Sound, Choreography/Skating Movements, Performance and Costumes and Sets/props.

Skaters will learn a warm up dance sequence to get them ready for the ice, different dance steps, to use facial expressions, and acting games. With new games and exercises we will be creating mini programs that will include a theme, choreography process and body movement. Each group will learn a program they will perform all together.
