STEP 1: GUEST COACH REGISTRATION (complete annually)
General Membership Information​
​Colonial is happy to welcome Guest Professionals to coach skaters on Colonial Ice Sessions. For the safety and protection of you, other professionals and all of our skaters, we require that all Guest Professionals register with Colonial once per Skating Year, review and comply with our Club Rules, pay a daily fee, and check in at the Colonial Office each day you are here.

Guest Coach Registration

Guest Registration and Contract - a Google Form where you can input your information and upload the needed documents.
Required Documents

(You will NOT be allowed on Colonial Ice until you have submitted all of these)

USFS Card, with SafeSport Compliance Card attached (available online in USFS Members Only)

THREE Certificates of Liability Insurance, naming the following as additional insured:

Colonial Figure Skating Club, Inc.

Nashoba Valley Olympia, Inc.

Olympus Realty, Inc.

STEP 2: REGISTER AND PAY (each day you are coaching at Colonial)
Daily Registration and Fee

Click on “Ice Booking Portal,” and go to “Login to the Ice Booking Portal”

You may be prompted to create an account. Do this, then under Guest Coach, click “Register to Coach on Colonial Sessions.”

You may choose Coach – Single Session ($8) or Coach – Full Day ($12)

If you are trying to book a Same Day Guest Session, you will need to come into the Colonial Office to do so.

Check In

You must go to the Colonial Office and check in with the staff member there.
