Open to ALL members of CFSC at ALL disciplines. Class is run by the coaching staff of The Colonials synchronized skating team. Class will focus on power, basic skating skills and overall edge quality. Edge patterns, step sequences and footwork will be a focus, as well as
using these steps at different speeds and tempos. This class will help skaters strengthen there footwork at different speeds
as well as strengthen footwork musicality. Skaters in each class will be grouped according to skating level.
