  3. 34 MASSACHUSETTS AVE # 111 is on the RIGHT. It is 0.1 miles past Sadler Farm Lane. If you reach Applewood Drive you've gone a little too far.

From the South:

From the East:

  1. Turn LEFT onto RT-2 W / CONCORD TURNPIKE and drive 4.5 miles.
  2. Enter the rotary in front of the Concord Corrections Facility and take the 3rd exit onto RT-2 W. Drive 2.5 miles.
  3. Take the RT-111 N exit, EXIT 43, on the LEFT toward W. ACTON. Drive 0.2 miles.
  4. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto MASSACHUSETTS AVE / RT-111 W. Drive 2.2 miles.
  5. 34 MASSACHUSETTS AVE # 111 is on the LEFT just past APPLEWOOD Drive. If you reach Sadler Farm Lane you've gone about 0.1 miles too far.

From the West:

  1. On Rte. 111S / Massachusetts Avenue, cross over Rte. 495 toward BOXBORO. Drive 3.2 miles.
